[COREblog-en] Structuredtext in moblog and comments

Hi all!

Is there any way to use StructuredText in moblog post? I tried modifying 
COREBlog.py in line 1576 putting 1 instead of 0 (it's the real parameter 
of 'format', and 1 is the one representing structured-text) but it 
doesn't work.

On the other hand, is there any way to activate structured text to write 
comments?
