[COREblog-en] decoding Unicode is not supported

Moin,

I've patched my Plone 2.1/Zope 2.9.0/Python 2.4.2/COREBlog 2_09b
instance which the stx_18n_patch [0] from zope.org so that I can use
UTF-8 characters in structured text links. Plone works great but
COREBlog gives me an error after saving an entry. Here is the
