Hi,

You can cut&paste entries from zmi.


>  a. Only the Manager can create Blogs.
>  b. Blogs will only be created on Member home pages by Admin
>  c. Only the 'owner' of the Blog can post to his Blog.
>  d. All Members can comment on all Blogs.

They seem to be accomplished by 'Security' settings on zmi.
But a and b are looked contradictory at first glance.
Who is Admin? Manager = Admin?
