[COREblog-en] Using local roles to hide blogs

All -

I've tried to hide blogs from particular users via local roles, but it seems
that blog_header, blog_title, etc will not allow View unless Anonymous is
checked.  For private blogs, this provides a bit of a problem.  Has anyone
worked around this?
