[COREblog-en] "Always on Top" blog entries

Hi,

I need to be able to allow for one entry to be featured in a blog.. on 
the top of a list of entries in a portlet SimpleBlog has this "Always on 
Top".. that puts whatever entry I've selected to be on top all the 
time.. to stay there... until I change it.. and feature a different 
entry ..

Is there a way I can create this in CoreBlog?
