<p> El diccionario define el <b>peligro</b> como “aquello que puede
ocasionar un daño o mal”, mientras que el <b>riesgo</b> queda
definido como la “probabilidad de un daño futuro”. El peligro es,
por consiguiente, una situación de hecho, mientras que el riesgo
es una probabilidad. Sin embargo, en su uso cotidiano ambos
conceptos se suelen confundir, y sobre esa confusión se han
construido muchos elementos de las politicas de seguridad vial,
con consecuencias muy negativas. <br>
