confusas del <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antiguo_R%C3%A9gimen" title="Antiguo Régimen">Antiguo Régimen</a>. Como tampoco
había <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divisi%C3%B3n_de_poderes" title="División de poderes" class="yiv639970319mw-redirect">división de
poderes</a>, sus funciones eran tanto <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poder_judicial" title="Poder judicial">judiciales</a> como <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poder_ejecutivo" title="Poder ejecutivo">ejecutivas</a>, pues su poder era
emanación del <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absolutismo" title="Absolutismo">poder absoluto</a> (con las matizaciones
que hay que darte a este término en España) del Rey.</div>
