de su puño y letra y firmado por él, sin acudir a ningún notario. Cuando el
testador fallece, es preciso acudir al juez con el testamento para que se
advere, es decir, se compruebe por medio de un expediente judicial que el
testamento es efectivamente del testador y reúne todos los requisitos. Una vez
adverado, producirá todos sus efectos. Si no es adverado, no producirá
