"Una punta aérea", normalean, gailurrari buruz hitz egiteko erabiltzen dela esango nuke. Gailurra estu-estua dela esan nahi du, alde guztietan amildegia, eta egoteko leku gutxi daukana. Gandorraren ertzari dagokionez, uste dut zera esan nahi duela: gandorraren ertz gainetik joan beharrean, albo batetik edo bestetik igotzeko (ertzaren "ahotik" ibili beharrean).

Eskaladan ere erabiltzen da ("vía aérea, paso aéreo, salida aérea"), eta oso bertikalak edo (kanpora)irtenak direla esan nahi du; alegia, amildegiaren sentipena bizi-bizia denekoa.

Ea ezertan laguntzen dizun.

Niri testuinguru honetan agertu zait: "evitar la punta aérea de la cresta". Delako gailur horren alde bat edo, bertara igotzeko bidea oso estua, arriskutsua, eta amildegiz inguratua denean edo, izendatzen omen da horrela.
